clean asia (scroll down to find it) is a simple 2-button 8-directional affair that played nicely with my control scheme, so in it goes. Created an intro video for it and integrated it into the frontend.

installing cave story was pretty straightforward, no script was needed, did the video up using camtasia studio and corel videostudio pro x3, created a batch file that pointed straight to the game. I did have to apply an english patch to the game, but that’s about it. Configuration for buttons has been done, thanks to a handy included configuration program in the zip...

-used autoit to create a script that auto-clicks the proper settings in the pregame settings window and then clicks “run game” and hides the mouse away in the bottom-right corner (there is no way to turn this initial window off in the bonesaw documentation that I could find)
