I just got a call from the government saying that they miscalculated a recalculation from last year that lowered my EI rate, and that it’s going back up to the original rate that it started at, which means my repayment I had to pay is getting refunded to me, as well as a bunch of back-pay for all the cheques I was collecting at the reduced rate.
